今天因为昨天吃了中国菜而感到不舒服，Orange chicken chein chein 炒饭我的男朋友也因为昨天吃同样的食物而出现腹泻抽筋胃部不适我们俩今天都感觉不舒服

This morning I am nausiated - stomach cramping, diarrhea alot of pain in stomach , sweating feel like throwing up, still have the taste of the food in mouth.

我订购了三件套组合餐-回家后我打开了容器-鸡肉非常干硬-我吃了其中一块，再也不能吃东西了-我打电话给那位接了电话的女士抱怨她指示我回来否则他们会在我下次拜访时纠正-她拿走了我名字说我回来时要找经理。跟她说话之后我决定回去-到那里之后她说我得到那只鸡的原因是早些时候有一个大型的餐饮派对订单-这就是我拿到鸡翅和腿的原因-它们不在我订购的大腿上了，她很抱歉-她说我们能做的就是给你几块乳房就是他们所拥有的-或者我可以等 15 分钟让另一只鸡煮-我告诉她我会拿起乳房-这就是我带回家吃的东西。我把其中一块放在冰箱里，今天就拿到了-大约晚上 7 点左右我开始出现严重的胃痉挛和腹泻，直到我的胃痛和腹部抽筋持续了一段时间-疼痛非常痛苦，感觉恶心-口干-还有严重的头痛-我打电话给我跟我的医生一个 appt
