Southwest Chicken Salad at noon on June 26th...by 2pm running to bathroom at work. Left work at 4pm stomach cramps and violent vomiting by 5pm....24 hours later still have gurgling stomach after dry toast and vitamin water to hydrate....feet and legs cramping.
