My son had 6 inch ham on white with olives and mayo. Was throwing up approx 6 hours later, fever and severe nausea.

My husband , myself and my son all ate the same thing for breakfast. Egg sandwiches from Tim Hortons and by evening we were all sickest we have ever been.
