أكلت بوريتو دجاج من شبوتل في فيغاس. بدأت في الحصول على آلام في المعدة في وقت لاحق من ذلك اليوم وبعد يومين بدأت البراز، بدأت آلام المعدة في ذلك اليوم، واستغرقت يومًا حتى حصلت على أعراض أخرى.

Ate at the chipotle on Wednesday, January 16 at about 3 PM. I had a bowl with rice, beans, beef, sour cream, salsa and cheese. The next morning I had severe diarrhea and sweating that lasted for hours.

طلبت بوريتو دجاج من شبوتل قبالة طريق فلامنغو في لاس فيغاس بالقرب من الشريط و 12 بعد ساعات كانت مريضة للغاية. أشعر بالغثيان ولدي إسهال مستمر. كنت سأذهب إلى الدكتور ولكن بصراحة لا أعتقد أنني سأجعلها في الوقت المناسب لاستخدام الحمام.

We have been in communication with a doctor for our daughter who ate Chipotle rice. We are visiting from out of state and will likely have to pay to stay an additional night to give our daughter time to recover
