I was perfectly fine, had only eaten plain toast in the morning but within a few hours after eating the chicken and rice bowl from Nando’s, I had rapid onset diarrhoea and vomiting and severe stomach cramps
What I believe was food poisoning | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء, ألم المعدة, تشنجات, قشعريرة, الصداع

أكلت ناندو مساء الأحد، واستيقظت يوم الاثنين مع أسوأ حالة تسمم غذائي عانيت منها على الإطلاق، لا يسعني إلا أن أقول الآن بعد يومين أنني بدأت أشعر بالتحسن
| الأعراض: غثيان, إسهال, قيء, ألم المعدة, حمى, تشنجات, قشعريرة, الصداع
