I was perfectly fine, had only eaten plain toast in the morning but within a few hours after eating the chicken and rice bowl from Nando’s, I had rapid onset diarrhoea and vomiting and severe stomach cramps
What I believe was food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Severe Nando's Food Poisoning

Ate a Nando’s Sunday evening, woke up Monday with the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had, I only can just say now 2 days later I’m starting to feel better
| Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
