I was perfectly fine, had only eaten plain toast in the morning but within a few hours after eating the chicken and rice bowl from Nando's, I had rapid onset diarrhoea and vomiting and severe stomach cramps. What I believe was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
