I was perfectly fine, had only eaten plain toast in the morning but within a few hours after eating the chicken and rice bowl from Nando’s, I had rapid onset diarrhoea and vomiting and severe stomach cramps
What I believe was food poisoning | Symptome: Durchfall, Erbrechen, Schmerzen im Magen, Krämpfe, Schüttelfrost, Kopfschmerz
