Yesterday, 10/23- Ordered a nacho bell grande with no meat and two bean burritos. After I was done I kept burping and it smelt like vomit, had serious nausea. Today I woke up and have diahrrea and vomiting. Bad pain in belly.

On Monday the 14th in DeKalb Illinois I got the taco box. ate 5 because I was really hungry that day. A couple hours later I got a stomach ache and that’s when all the symptoms happened. Today is the 17th
