تناول زوجي وزميلي في السكن وجبة من Taco Bell الليلة الماضية في الساعة الواحدة صباحاً. لم يستطع زوجي النوم طوال الليل بسبب الإسهال والتقلصات الشديدة. حتى الساعة السابعة مساءً اليوم، لا يزال زوجي يعاني من الأعراض. لحسن الحظ، كان قادراً على ترطيب نفسه بشكل كافٍ.

I ate two hard shell tacos and 2 bean burritos, all with sour cream added on Friday, 11-10-17. Within an hour I started throwing up, then about 3-4 hours I threw up 5 plus x's again, and also had severe diarrhea, at least 25 times, just water for the most part.
