My husband and my roommate ate Taco Bell last night at 1am. My husband was unable to sleep all night due to diarrhea and bad cramps. As of 7pm today my husband is still having symptoms. Able to hydrate himself luckily.

Taco Meal: Severe Illness

I ate two hard shell tacos and 2 bean burritos, all with sour cream added on Friday, 11-10-17. Within an hour I started throwing up, then about 3-4 hours I threw up 5 plus x's again, and also had severe diarrhea, at least 25 times, just water for the most part.
