- comments: observed the irreversible registering temperature indicator inside of the high temperature dish washing machine with a surface temperature of 154f. Management instructed that the surface temperature must reach a minimum of 160f. Priority violation 7-38-025.

- comments: observed excessive mold-like growth and buildup on the interior contact surfaces of the ice machine. Management instructed to clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.

- comments: repair the left door for the 2-door prep cooler so that the door closes properly.
