- comments: observed approximately 20 ants on premises on and on floor under service counter, on wall near drive-thru handwashing sink, on booths in dining area, and behind drink fountain on floor. Instructed to consult pest control as additional services are needed to minimize or eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: noted build-up dirt, grease, food spills in corner throughout premises. Instrutced to clean behind and under all heavy equipment and storage racks. Also, noted floors throguhout entire prep area covered in grease. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.
