Steak bowl with black beans, white cilantro rice, and romaine lettuce I went there (only place i have gotten takeout or eaten out since pandemic started in March) on Wed Aug 5. Got takeout bowl and ate it when I got home. The lettuce looked a little wilted when they put it on, so I should have taken it off. The next morning I had horrible diarrhea. I have had diarrhea each morning since it happened. I am just eating lightly, soups and a little salad to try to get over it. It isn't getting better though. | الأعراض: إسهال
