I bought lunch on 3/19/2016 at 12:18 PM. I had a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, veggies, pico, medium salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. I started feeling nauseous around 2 PM and it slowly got worse until I started vomiting around 5:30 PM.
