I had the bowl with white rice, steak, salsa verde, pink beans, corn and guacamole for dinner on friday night. I didn’t eat anything else since breakfast. Abdominal pain started a few hours later followed by diarrhea and nausea with fever and body aches. It’s been 3 days and pain continues with diarrhea and headache.
