I had a chicken bowl with no beans, white rice, lettuce, salsa , sour cream and cheese and chips. Roughly 8 hrs after eating I awoke extremely nasueas and sick. Unable to keep anything down including water went to Emergency room and diagnosed with food poisoning. | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء
