Chicken bowl with lettuce, cheese, corn and rice. We all got violenting ill including our six year old that only ate a small amount. Everyone in our family got sick eating chicken burrito bowls with rice, chicken, cheese, corn, and lettuce. Two were violently ill. Knocked us all out for almost two days.
