I went to Chipotle and ordered the rice bowl with chicken, brown rice, salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. An hour later I started feeling nauseated and my stomach was hurting severely. I have been having diarrhea and if it keeps on I'm going to the hospital. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
