I bought 12lbs of ground beef, taco seasoning, cheese, sour cream and veggies from Costco at 5:30pm 6/23 Friday, brought it home and put it in the fridge. I chopped the veggies and refridgered them, and then about 2am started to brown the meat for tacos. I added the taco seasoning and let it simmer for 15minutes and then refridgerated it. Our party's started at 12pm. I loaded the car at 11am and had it in the roaster by 12pm. We ate by 1:30pm. 90% of everyone who ate the beef (about 20 people) began diahrrea symptoms at 10:30pm Saturday night and continued into Sunday. | الأعراض: إسهال
