after eating 2 veggie tacos with refried beans yellow rice lettuce pineapples queso and sour cream with chips and salsa not even an hour later i started having horrible bowel movements and throwing up and horrible stomach cramps even the next morning i am still having horrible stomach cramps and blood in my stool and everything is tearing my stomach up i cant keep any food in and im starving. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
