I haven't been sick in 7 or 8 years and I ate breakfast here on 11/20/19 and now I have severe diarrhea and stomach discomfort. I ate a egg mcmuffin no bacon, hasbrown, and a large coffee with 6 cream and 6 sugar. The first coffee had a hint of chemical smell and things floating in it and I got another coffee and that one seemed to be better. Worker blamed the things floating on the cream from the cream machine. | الأعراض: إسهال
