I went to qdoba around 7pm and ordered the burrito bowl which included: white rice, chicken, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. About 30 min-1hour after eating my stomach felt very upset. From then until now (following day ~11am) I am still having diarrhea and nausea. I had to get up several times during the the night to go to the bathroom. Lack of sleep and fluids have left me extremely lightheaded and I was unable to make it to my anatomy class this morning. I have started drinking Pedialyte and hope this stops. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
