Ate a chicken teriyaki 6" sub around 1245pm on June 2 and became extremely nauseous approximately 1 hour later. June 3 vomiting, June 4th still nauseous and diarrhea. Sub contained wheat bread, chicken teriyaki pieces, orange cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion, pickles, crispy onions, honey mustard and hot honey.| الأعراض: غثيان, إسهال, قيء, ألم المعدة, تشنجات, قشعريرة
