Ate a chicken teriyaki 6" sub around 1245pm on June 2 and became extremely nauseous approximately 1 hour later. June 3 vomiting, June 4th still nauseous and diarrhea. Sub contained wheat bread, chicken teriyaki pieces, orange cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion, pickles, crispy onions, honey mustard and hot honey.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战
