- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings scattered on floor in between articles ,under pallets and on shelving units in outside paper goods and equipment storage area. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/24/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed an appx. '1-2' gap along bottom of outside storage door. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: must clean debris build up inside of microwave.

- comments: must clean debris build up on fryer cabinets,storage racks,inside of some coolers and freezers,counter tops.
