بوريتو الدجاج جعلني أشعر بالمرض. كان ذلك قبل يومين. تقيأت بمجرد أن أكلته تقريبًا. كنت أعاني من ألم خفيف في المعدة لمدة يوم ولكني الآن أعاني من انتفاخ المعدة وتقلصات مؤلمة للغاية. حتى عضلات ظهري مشدودة وألم. لا حمى أو غثيان فقط ألم تشنج نابض وانتفاخ البطن.
