ذهبت وحصلت على بوريتو وبطاطا ناتشو من تاكو بيل في غروتون كت أكل الطعام 2 بعد ساعات بدأت أشعر بالحرارة والغثيان في صداع بدأت في التقيؤ الآن مع الإسهال كثيرًا مع آلام في المعدة, بدأت تمرض 2 بعد ساعات في الساعة 6 مساءً  | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, غثيان, حمى, الصداع, ألم المعدة
