كان لدي كويساديلا دجاج وتاكو ناعم, ولكن انتهى بي الأمر إلى استبدال «ديلا» لأنه كان هناك مجموعة من القشرة المحترقة المتساقطة التي ذاقت مذاقها فظيعًا. استيقظت هذا الصباح مع الإسهال الرهيب وتشنجات المعدة والغثيان والقشعريرة.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, تشنجات, قشعريرة

I had McDonald’s for dinner. I got chicken nuggets and a medium fry. I ate it and nothing else for the rest of the night. Fast forward to 5 am and I have nausea. 30 minutes or less go by and I throw up chunks of nugget.  | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء

Me and my friend ate at sonic Sunday night July 1st, 2018. The next morning we woke up having symptoms of diarrhea,nausea, vomiting, and high fever. We both have missed 2 days of work now.
