Grilled chicken sandwich Ate half of sandwich. Got home 1hr later stomach start hurting and cramping. Hurt to touch. Start vomiting. Hr later vomiting started again till no more and dry heave. Could not rest. Symptom of feeling nausea but could not vomit.  | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء, تشنجات

Ordered curry shrimp at 3:30pm on 12/12. Began feeling off later that evening. Began vomiting uncontrollably at 3:30am on 12/13, which lasted until medical intervention was given at 6:30pm 12/13.
