انتهى العشاء من مختلف المبتدئين ومختلف أسماك الساشيمي على الأرز حوالي 9:30 12/5/2017. بعد حوالي 3 ساعات أصيبت بألم شديد في المعدة إلى جانب إسكات الغثيان والإسهال الذي استمر طوال الليل واليوم التالي.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, ألم المعدة
