طلبت وجبة مع الجبن. تخطيت الخردل وأضفت المايونيز. بعد ساعة بدأت التعرق وشعرت بالغثيان الشديد. بدأت معدتي في التشنج في طريق العودة إلى المنزل. لبقية الليل كان لدي أسوأ حالة من الإسهال والقيء مع الحمى. أنا ضعيف جدًا اليوم وكل شيء مؤلم.
