    I ate a turkey sandwich from there last night.  It was just me. I ate the sandwich at 7 o’clock last night and at 4 AM this morning I woke up with excruciating stomach cramps.     طلبت وجبة مع الجبن. تخطيت الخردل وأضفت المايونيز. بعد ساعة بدأت التعرق وشعرت بالغثيان الشديد. بدأت معدتي في التشنج في طريق العودة إلى المنزل. لبقية الليل كان لدي أسوأ حالة من الإسهال والقيء مع الحمى. أنا ضعيف جدًا اليوم وكل شيء مؤلم.
