في الساعة 6:32 مساءً 2/9/2016، طلبت بوريتو دجاج، أرز، صلصة، جواكامولي، فاصوليا سوداء، خس، جبن ومشروب قوي. ثم حوالي الساعة 2:00 صباحًا 2/10/16، أصبحت مريضًا جدًا بألم شديد في المعدة، والإسهال، والدوخة والغثيان.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, الدوخة, ألم المعدة
