Ate a burrito with chicken, brown rice, black beans, hot salsa, cheese, and guacamole. I won't be eating at this location again. I assume the meeting was to figure out how to poison the public again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

At 6:32 P.M. 2/9/2016, I ordered a chicken burrito, rice, salsa, guacamole,black beans, lettuce, cheese and a poweraid drink. Then around 2:00 A.M. 2/10/16, I became very ill with extreme stomach pain, diarea, dizziness and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
