    أكلت بوريتو اللحم البقري المقرمش لتناول غداء متأخر. بدأت أشعر بالرديء بحلول وقت النوم. استيقظت مع آلام شديدة في المعدة في منتصف الليل. كان اليوم التالي كله مليئًا بالقيء والإسهال وتشنجات المعدة، بدون حمى. أنا في اليوم الثاني وبدأت أشعر بتحسن طفيف. فقط الآن عقد في المفرقعات.
