I ate chicken and gnocchi soup, salad and breadsticks about 1:00 PM and about 8:00 PM I started to feel sick. Around 11:00 PM I started vomiting and had diarrhea. This lasted for about 7 hours. أكلت أعواد الخبز غير المحدودة وحساء الدجاج والجنوتشي (2 bowls) في حديقة الزيتون في بيرو، إلينوي. بمجرد مغادرتي شعرت بالمرض الشديد لذلك ذهبت إلى المنزل واستلقاء. بعد حوالي ساعة بدأ جسدي في سحب كل ما أكلته ولم يتباطأ حتى توقفت عن تذوق غدائي.

ate salad breadsticks and lobster ravioli. Felt oddly full after salad. Ate some lobster ravioli (which was so salty-such a shame). Stomach started churning loudly hour later.
