1/24/19 تقريبا. 7:15 مساء طلب شطيرة الدجاج مع البطاطا مع القشدة الحامضة والفلفل الحار... في المنزل، أكل ساندويتش ونصف البطاطا مع الفلفل الحار... ذاقت الفلفل الحار ولم أنهيه. بعد 45 دقيقة، صداع شديد، غثيان وتشنجات في المعدة... كل ساعة طوال الليل كان يعاني من الإسهال والقيء.
