On 3/19 around 11 AM I got a turkey and bacon sandwich with mayo, lettuce and cucumbers on a wheat sub. Additionally I got a pickle. Later that day around 7 PM I started feeling unwell. Over the next few hours I had diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.  | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء, غثيان

شطيرة مترو الانفاق، كان لها غواصة كرات اللحم لتناول طعام الغداء في 3/12/19 صباح اليوم التالي بدأت، استيقظت مع آلام شديدة في الجسم وبدأ الإسهال، واستمر لمدة 4 أيام. لا يمكن الاحتفاظ بأي شيء بالداخل لمدة 3 أيام بعد ذلك، فقدت 5 أرطال، صداع طوال الوقت.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, الصداع, آلام الجسم
