Had Thai chicken salad for lunch. About 5 hours later I started to get very nauseous. 2 hours after that and I have stomach cramps, diarhea, and vomiting. I keep burping and tasting that nasty salad.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء, التجشؤ

Had Thai Dynamite with Shrimp with brown rice at 8PM last night. The shrimp were popcorn shrimp instead of the tempura that they usually have. I have been having severe stomach cramps and diarrhea since 2 AM. Still dealing with the cramps.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
