    sardines One mouthful only, tasted foul, spat out but not before unfortunatly had swallowed some. Within hours nausea started, unable to eat anything for 3 days. Day 4 feeling a bit better after dioralyte dosages, but still quite poorly. Needs reporting.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
