Concert Meal Causes Illness

On 8-23-24 I ordered a hotdog and fries combo at Coca Cola Corner before the Bruce Springsteen concert. Within 6 hours, my stomach became upset. In another 6 hours, vomiting, diarrhea, cramping, and low grade fever began. I'm unsure if it was caused by the hotdog or fries.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
