My boyfriend and I had a pizza from Blaza and like around 3am in, we started feeling sick at 6am I started vomiting and having sharp stomach pain. The chicken and Spinach from Blaza was the only think we ate in common. I called Blaze to let them know, but they did not return my call.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
