We gave our 2 girls a fresh banana each for a snack at around 15:00. They were both very sick after eating it, my son who didn’t have banana was fine. They were sick all night with vomiting of lumps of banana and wrenching belly ache pains until the morning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
