Got a McChicken and poutine at noon on Jan 22. Tasted ok. Stomach pain within an hour and was in the bathroom for the rest of the night. Had to call in sick for work the next day and lost an entire shif. Tightness and upset stomach all day, headaches and nausea

Strawberry Shake Illness Alert

Strawberry milkshake 2/4 got sick. Symptoms started two hours following consumption. That was the only item consumed. Major stomach pain. Diarrhea lasting 12 hours so far.
