Big Mac Meal Illness

Didn't have anything to eat that day except for the double big mac and fries from here. It tasted s bit weird, but ate it all.
Very shortly afterwards, I got nauseous, threw up, headache, fever..
Ordered the food at about 430pm, February 6th, Sunday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
