Severe Gas, Diarrhea Post-Meal

About four hours post-meal started feeling acute abdominal pain. Incredibly uncomfortable gases manifested inside my stomach and quickly produced a sequence of painful, hot, moist toots. Quickly after, I was forced to leave work and go home where diarrhea persisted for roughly thirty-six hours.
