Violent diarrhea and vomiting throughout the evening and night. Stomach cramps and headache. Ate a chicken breast rainbow bowl, some coleslaw, and some mashed potatoes. Extra hot sauce.

Peri Wings Cause Vomiting

Today I got the six peri peri wings. I ate them when I got home at 2 but for the rest of the day my stomach hurt subtly. I tried to eat and sleep but it only made me feel worse. Finally I just stood by the bathroom and I threw up. I went to bed at 11 but so far I have to keep getting up to throw up
