Food Safety Reports: Pizza Hut, Lear Road, Avon Lake, OH, USA

Fed a family get together with Pizza Hut. 6 adults and 5 kids got food poisoning. Starting feeling like we were coming down with the flu. Then got sick to our stomaches accompanied with a really bad headache.
