Fed a family get together with Pizza Hut. 6 adults and 5 kids got food poisoning. Starting feeling like we were coming down with the flu. Then got sick to our stomaches accompanied with a really bad headache. Full body aches then set in and the non stop painful vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
